50 Central Park West Penthouse

This project required Galligan Homes to combine two untouched penthouse apartments into one of Manhattan’s finest penthouse’s, earning an award for its interior from the American Institute of Architects. A 2010 jury deemed it “Beguilingly Timeless” and masterfully done.

This project was completed in 2013 and comprises of large open plan living with high ceilings and features superior exterior and interior finish details .This stunning residence demanded great attention to detail in both the building structure and the superb interior finish of the house.

New Cannon House & Sports Barn

Created out of a dream to provide the ultimate entertainment spot for family and friends the sports barn won the HOBI Award in 2005 for Best Accessory Building, the most prestigious award presented in Connecticut for excellence in design and construction.

Constructed in 2008 this is a fine example of our timber frame homes. Built on a basement with a floor area of 2400sq.ft spanning one floor. This fantastic family home has been developed with an eco friendly roof consisting of rubber roof slates made from recycled tyres, with its sliding sash windows and stone exterior this is a home that delivers exceptional family living.

Galligan Homes completely renovated this property in 2006 adding a spacious kitchen and living room space. We’re delighted with the final finish of this fabulous cottage which has maintained all of its original character.
